During the early 1970s, the CIA-sponsored guerilla fighters in Mustang (Nepal) produced this wall newspaper. Main initiator was Gyalo Thondup’s secretary Lhamo Tsering, who was also behind Defend Tibet’s Freedom (རང་དབང་སྲུང་སྐྱོབས་གསར་ཤོག་). It was obviously discontinued once the fighters left Nepal.
