The Kuomintang reportedly published this newspaper in Dartsedo (Kangding) from 1936 onwards. It is specified as a daily newspaper, but not indicated what language it was published in. If it indeed included Tibetan articles, it would make for the first daily Tibetan-language newspaper, but this still needs confirmation through archival research. In any case, it counts towards the Xikang-periodicals of the time.
